What you pay, when, and what happens if you cancel.
OneClick has four plans: Free (one site on a oneclickwebsite.io subdomain, no card needed), then Starter, Pro, and Business. Prices are shown in your local currency on the pricing page, and paying annually drops the effective monthly rate by 20% on every paid tier. Custom domains are sold separately at registry cost plus a small markup, not bundled into the plan price.

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any point and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for — no early-termination fee. After that you fall back to the Free tier and your published site moves to a oneclickwebsite.io subdomain. Custom domains you bought through OneClick remain yours and can be transferred out.

Yes. Domains renew annually at the same price you originally paid — we record a locked renewal price on every domain you buy through OneClick, so the renewal can never rise above what was quoted at checkout. The subscription plan and the domain are billed separately so cancelling one does not affect the other.

The plan you are subscribed to renews at the price published on our pricing page at the time of renewal. If we raise prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before the new rate applies. Domain renewals are different — those are locked at your original purchase price for as long as you keep the domain.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not currently accept bank transfers or cryptocurrency for plan subscriptions. Domain purchases use the same payment methods.

There is no time-limited trial. Instead, the Free tier is permanently free: one published site, 3,000 AI words per month, and a oneclickwebsite.io subdomain. Use it as long as you want. Upgrade only when you need a custom domain, more sites, more AI credits, or paid-only features like A/B testing and Stripe Connect.

Owning, transferring, and pointing domains at your OneClick site.
Yes. When you buy a domain through OneClick the registration is held in your name at the registrar, not ours. You can transfer it out to any other registrar at any time after the standard 60-day ICANN lock that applies to every new registration. We never auction or hold domains hostage if you cancel.

Yes. You can either keep your domain at its current registrar and point its nameservers at OneClick (no transfer needed, takes a few minutes), or do a full registrar transfer using the EPP/auth code from your current registrar. Full transfers usually complete within 5-7 days and renew the domain by one extra year as part of the process.

Yes, at any time after the ICANN 60-day new-registration lock. Open your domain dashboard, request an auth code, unlock the domain, and start the transfer from your new registrar. The transfer typically completes in 5-7 days. We do not charge a transfer-out fee and we do not require you to keep a subscription to move your domain.

OneClick supports the common commercial TLDs — .com, .net, .org, .co, .io, .ai, .app, .dev, .me, .shop, .store — plus most ccTLDs (country-specific endings such as .uk, .de, .fr, .es, .nl, .ca, .com.au). A handful of restricted TLDs that require local presence or trade-mark verification are not yet available. The full live list is on the domain search page.

If you buy a brand-new domain through OneClick, it is usually live on your site within 10-30 minutes of purchase — we configure DNS automatically. If you are pointing an existing domain at OneClick from another registrar, DNS propagation can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your old TTL settings. SSL certificates are issued automatically the moment DNS resolves.

Yes, free for life on every domain we sell where the TLD allows it. WHOIS privacy replaces your name, address, and phone number in the public WHOIS database with proxy contact details, so spammers and data brokers cannot scrape your personal info. A few TLDs (notably .us and .uk) require real contact details by registry policy and cannot be privacy-protected.

Use it. From the domain settings in your dashboard, paste in your existing domain and we will show you the exact DNS records (or nameservers) to set at your current registrar. Most users go live in under 30 minutes. You do not need to transfer the domain to use it with OneClick — only update DNS.

Forwarding mail from your web address to Gmail or Outlook.
Yes. OneClick can create an address such as hello@mydomain.com and forward incoming messages to the Gmail, Outlook, or other inbox you already use. OneClick does not currently host a separate inbox, webmail account, or IMAP mailbox. If you need those features, connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Fastmail, or another mail host to your domain.

Yes. If your domain is connected to OneClick, you can route an address such as hello@yourdomain.com into an inbox you already use. The destination inbox must confirm a one-time verification message before forwarding starts. Forwarding receives mail only; sending as the custom address depends on the email provider you use.

No. OneClick currently provides incoming email forwarding, not hosted mailbox storage, webmail, IMAP, or a general-purpose outgoing SMTP account. Your messages arrive in an existing inbox such as Gmail or Outlook. Teams that need separate logins, shared calendars, retention controls, or managed outbound mail should connect a dedicated provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Yes. OneClick can forward incoming mail from your custom-domain address into an existing Gmail or Outlook inbox. To send from that address, use the send-as or alias support offered by your email provider, or connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 as the domain's mail host. OneClick does not provide a general-purpose SMTP password for your personal email app.

Forwarding can be configured once your domain's DNS is active. OneClick enables Cloudflare Email Routing and the destination inbox receives a one-time verification message. After you confirm it, incoming mail usually starts flowing within minutes, although DNS changes can take a few hours. Outgoing authentication remains the responsibility of whichever email provider sends your messages.

How the draft engine works and how AI credits are counted.
You write one or two sentences describing your business. OneClick sends that prompt to a large-language-model pipeline that produces structured copy (headline, sub-head, three feature bullets, about, CTA) and matches it with photographs from Pexels keyed to your industry. We generate three distinct drafts at once so you can pick the one that fits. End-to-end time is roughly 60 seconds.
Copy linkLast reviewed 2026-05-13
Yes. Hit regenerate as many times as you want — each run produces a fresh draft. You can also edit any section in place, swap individual photos, rewrite individual headlines, or feed the AI more context ("make it sound more playful", "emphasise the local angle") to steer the next regeneration. Regenerations consume AI words from your monthly credit, not a separate quota.

An AI credit is one word of AI-generated text. Free includes 3,000 words per month, Starter 30,000, Pro 120,000, and Business 500,000, all on a rolling 30-day window. Generating a full site uses roughly 800-1,500 words depending on length. Overage is billed per 1,000 words at a low rate shown in your local currency once you exceed your plan ceiling — never a surprise charge.
Copy linkLast reviewed 2026-05-13
The text is freshly generated by the language model on every run, not copy-pasted from a template library. That said, AI output is statistically similar to its training data, so if your business is in a saturated niche you should expect some phrases to feel familiar. We recommend editing the draft to match your real voice before publishing — usually 5-10 minutes of work.

Yes. Every section of every page is fully editable — click into a heading, paragraph, or button and type. You can ignore the AI suggestions entirely, mix your own copy with AI-generated sections, or paste in copy from a brief or existing site. The editor is WYSIWYG and saves automatically every few seconds.

Going live, editing later, and what hosting includes.
On a oneclickwebsite.io subdomain, your site is live the instant you click Publish — typically within 60 seconds of describing your business. On a custom domain you bought through OneClick, add 10-30 minutes for DNS to propagate. On a domain pointed in from another registrar, allow 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your old DNS TTL settings.
Copy linkLast reviewed 2026-05-13
Yes, indefinitely. Open your dashboard, pick the site, and edit any section in place — text, images, links, buttons, sections, pages. Changes save automatically and are published when you hit the Publish button. There is no limit on how many times you can republish, and no waiting period between edits.

Yes. Every plan, including Free, includes fast global hosting on a CDN, automatic SSL/HTTPS, DDoS protection, and unmetered bandwidth subject to fair-use limits. You never pay a separate hosting bill and never need to manage servers. Custom-domain SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically by Let's Encrypt.

For a domain you bought through OneClick: usually 10-30 minutes from purchase to live. For a domain you already own and are pointing in: usually 15 minutes to a few hours, occasionally up to 24 hours depending on the TTL of the old DNS records. Once DNS resolves, the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically within a minute.
